I went to Crown Lexus because I had a flat tire. It couldn’t be replaced the same day so I had to get a loaner car. Mark was very kind, helpful, and made the whole process very smooth. I’m not completely satisfied, some of the clips of the engine cover were not completely to be put back to secure so I complained about it and it taken care of it. Time promised to be done way too late, was not supposed to be that long.
