Brought my vehicle in for a service recall and ended up with a check engine light as soon as i was about to drive off from picking up my vehicle, had to end up leaving it another day after driving from afar ! Quite the inconvenience and quite disappointing.

Great communication and customer service
I was completely satisfied with Tony's service. There didn't appear to be a process in place to manage the issue, particularly because I called when I received this notification, confirmed that the part was in and was advised to go to the Service Dept, then to the Parts Dept. Very unorganized. Employees were pleasant but unhelpful.
I sent my husband in my place for my appointment. He arrived at dealer on time but was made to wait over 10 minutes even though no one inside had clients at their desks. He finally had to walk in and ask if anyone was available, Jennifer helped him but seemed bothered that he asked for help. He then informed her that he would be waiting for the vehicle, she didn’t confirm a good contact number for him, and instead was made to wait without being informed, I finally received a call that the vehicle service was complete while my husband sat in the waiting room. I am loyal to this dealership because it’s where I purchased my vehicle but customer service needs to be improved. This is not what I have come to expect from such a reputable brand as Lexus.
