I don’t think it should have taken so long to get a battery replacement. Perhaps it’s because I don’t understand the dynamics idk. My husband had to inquire about the status. Communication via text, email or in person would have been appreciated.

I feel that he has gone out of his way to provide great service and to make sure I understood what needed to be done and the price I would be paying.
