Hi, I’ve been a customer with crown Lexus for a while and they usually do a fantastic job with customer service, making sure my vehicle is caught up with maintenance and treating me with the upmost respect by giving me updates about my car. Today I went in for a major maintenance, Sennen Chow was amazing, got my car in and out as fast as he could, but when I received my car I noticed a scuff on my steering wheel, around 3 inches. I went back to see Sennen Chow as he assisted in fixing it. It’s not perfect and the scuff is still kind of visible but I appreciate his efforts. Overall, I love the customer service but if the quality of maintenance is decreasing, I feel the need to not return because I wouldn’t want my car to always be returned in a worse condition, inside or out.

No solution for my visit they could’ve helped me fix my license plate light cover instead wanted to charge me to do it they found excessive vibration coming from that area maybe because of my subwoofer in trunk it’s not even tuned to be loud, well what about slamming the trunk all isn’t there some vibration there, considering I travel a lot and always load storage and load luggage I don’t think it’s a big deal. Also waiting my tail lamps with Lexus to see if they will fix the bubbles, I’m sure “Lexus” will deny it my sub is not used excessively it’s not even on loud ever. Again what if it was “excessively” closing the trunk or slamming it I have kids that slam all my doors.
And not even a carwash, I only come here because it’s the closest Lexus store. Christian is cool but I wished lexus helped me. this is my 5th lexus and I’m still under warranty I wish everything was resolved.
I felt that since I declined their recommendation they declined to wash my car i asked why didn’t they wash it the valet guy said he doesn’t know why it was just left over there whatever that means
