I do think the receipt should show a breakdown of parts and labor...showing specifically what everything cost. But Christian Ferro was great!!
Did a great job in a timely fashion
When I come to pick up my truck, they had the wrong keys with my correct paperwork. They did not reset the message on the dash about maintenance needed and done didn't wash my vehicle and I don't know if they rotated my tires.
Appointment set, arrived on time, service completed and we were out of there in 45 minutes.

My service experience was excellent. At the time of my appointment, I was greeted and in-processed quickly and professionally by Mr. Ferro. He politely confirmed my vehicle maintenance needs then invited me to the lounge. Throughout my short wait, I received timely text messages explaining my maintenance status. Afterwards, Mr Ferro went over the findings and corrective actions taken. I was quite impressed with his work which made my Buckhannon Toyota service experience “first-class”.

I was glad that the car wash was working. The last couple of servicing, it was not functioning. This time, the back section, below the top of the trunk & license plate area were not cleaned by the car wash. Maybe next time.

Great service experience with my Venza. I was kept informed of the progress and even got pictures of the filters that needed replaced before I was asked for a decision.
I’ve spoken with Alicia a few times recently. Not only was she knowledgeable about my situation and vehicle, she remained pleasant. She repeated the issue of what she thought I wanted out of the visit so we were both clear on expectations. I’d also like to say the Service Manager who drove my car was very much appreciated. He recognized the issue I described almost immediately and, even though it wasn’t serious, validated my concern. We have at least two Toyota dealers within 15 miles of our home, but we chose to buy my Highlander at Buckhannon Toyota (60+ miles away) because we heard they have the best Service Department. I would have to agree with that, especially after this visit.
