Alicia is an asset and the service process is efficient. I did forget to ask about the cause of the repair — why my headlights needed adjustment and why there seemed to be no easily accessible way for me or my local garage to do the adjustment. I miss contact with actual mechanics at dealerships, but understand the economics of it.

Everyone was professional and friendly, they completed all the recalls planned. Mike helped with resetting the wed site and apps. One thing is Toyota should make the remote start actually work for more than 50 feet, fords work for maybe 400’ or more and you can tell if it works. Come on toyota step it up !
