Alicia is just great. She is friendly and very helpful. She is very efficient. When she is really busy, she still takes time with each customer.I trust her to be honest with me about what I need for my car. I'm glad to see Alicia is working when I get there.

Alicia came and told me they were running behind because a couple of the vehicles that come in had problems that were found and had to get fixed. She didn’t have to do that. She chose to do it so I wouldn’t be sitting there wondering what was going on. That shows me she looks out for the customers by going the extra mile to keep them informed.
