My car had a recall due to a water leak.They said they put new fabric up but when I went to pick my car up it had a water leak stain in backseat and black handmarks all over the ceiling. That was uncalled for. Somebody should of checked my car before I got a phone call to pick it up.

It took 1 and 1/2 hours for an oil change!!! At the 1 hour point I asked about the status and was told “it’s on the rack”. When they finally brought the keys, they told me they had found a cross-threaded lug nut from my last service at your dealership and they fixed it. I appreciate that they found and fixed their earlier mistake but someone should have told me and explained that the service was going to take longer than usual. Poor communication from the Service Department.
