My mirrors are not collapsing when I lock now. Not sure what other things are not functioning. Not sure how to make things work again. Warning of possible turn off off or turning things back on would be helpful

Rudenesss/tone of this gentleman. Apparently the Toyota Care I had and expired. That was fine but he approaches and bluntly states that it had - with no clear explanation and that I would be responsible. Again fine, but acting as if I didn’t have the means to pay for the service. He needs a better handle on customer service along with whoever moved my car and didn’t adjust seats back along with heating and cooling settings. There was no reason that I am aware of why those settings needed changed. I’ve grown very disappointed in the service I’ve received over the last year or si and especially this visit. Enough that I will probably turn in my leased car and go elsewhere.
