Somewhat disappointed that troubleshooting on my TPMS was brief. There is a Toyota Service Bulletin that discusses the very issue. It took a phone call with Toyota Advocates to get attention to the problem. Awaiting further word from Buckhannon Toyota.

They were supposed to check cabin and air filter at least that’s what the man said they would do along with the oil change I know they both needed changed because they told me that when I had it changed 5000 miles ago just didn’t have the money then so I know they needed changed

Very pleased with our service and our new (used) car. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Gary treated us like friends.
Got call that my car was done. It still had not been washed when I got there to pick it up. It was washed after I requested it. Their excuse was that I have a front license plate that car wash tends to break and they have to remove it, and mechanics don’t do that. The car washes were a real selling point for me buying from Buckhannon Toyota!
Other than that, I’m satisfied.
Alicia is always on top of everything, even when there are several things going on at one time. She knows how to handle it in a very professional manner and is always so nice to everyone. We love her.
