2019 Highlander in for oil and filter change. 42,000 miles on car. Was advised that oil pan drain plug was compromised and needs replaced at next oil change at cost of over $600.00. Buckhannon Toyota has done last two changes with no issues. Talked to service manager and was told it was normal wear and tear??? He was to check to see what can be done. Still waiting on call back. My son is a mechanic and he said it had to have been over tightened or cross threaded.

Super nice and considerate staff!
I ask for a complimentary car wash after service. I was there for two hours waiting on my car to get finished with service. When I went to get in my car it was not washed and had to wait for it to get washed. When I first bought my car I got a wash after every service without asking
