We purchased my Highlander from Buckhannon Toyota because of the Service Department’s reputation for great care, though we have three or four dealers within a half hour of our home. We’re certainly not disappointed this visit as well. Thanks for fitting me in so quickly and for keeping me apprised of the status of my car. Appreciate you all very much!

Apparently the tires weren’t checked on the walk around inspection. Three of the four tires were bald on the inside. I just had to replace them. Other than that it was good experience.
