The text I got was very confusing. It said that I had an issue that needed to be addressed right away and gave a price for it an estimate. But then when you looked at the report it didn't show anything wrong. So I called to ask about it and Hayley was not friendly or helpful and then I had another question when I went to pick it up and she again was not friendly or helpful. The price that they gave me was not the price my oil change should have been and included the price of the tire rotation which should have been free since I bought the tires there so I didn't think that the price was the price of what I owed today

Oil change, tire rotation and MultiPoint vehicle inspection was performed on my 2019 RAV4 in less than 50 minutes at Buckhannon Toyota. Service department staff were delightful and the waiting area was welcoming and relaxing. 5/5 star experience.

Complimentary wash would be nice without having to ask for it given it’s unlimited with new purchases. I know some may not want but front staff could ask. I am one that prefers handwash and they know that so maybe that is the issue. Just a suggestion. Glad for service being scheduled so quickly after calling and the shuttle of my Rav 4 to my office across the street. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant.

Brought my Highlander in to have a water leak fixed involving sun roof drains. They were draining much better after they were cleaned, but still have some water getting under the front carpet on both sides in the front. Not sure why unless the hole where the water drains from to the outside is still partially plugged. Seems like this has been a common problem with this model. Better engineering would’ve eliminated this.

Hailey was great and took care of me while I was there. She was very professional and made me feel welcome. This was my first business dealing with Buckhannon Toyota and I will continue doing all of my vehicle business with them!

My lack of satisfaction has less to do with the representative and more to do with the overall service. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told I had an oil leak and that almost $5,000 worth of work needed to be done. When I asked how low my oil was, I was told that it wasn't low(so clearly the oil is not leaking much/is a seep or you failed to check the level and lied to me). My vehicle is not a low mileage vehicle so recommending a rebuild is not in my best interest. Monitoring it, is. So letting me know of the issue is warranted but saying that it should be done within the year, is not sound advice. Regarding my tire rotation, I travel with a trailer and carry weight in the bed of my truck and have my tires set at 45psi. I have 10ply AT tires that are rated for 80psi, not passenger tires. No one asked me what pressure I wanted in my tires or even considered that dropping them down to 32psi is what I would want. After leaving the dealership, my dashboard never registered my tire pressures and ultimately my tire pressure sensor light went on. When I called they graciously got me in to have it looked at. Ultimately, it was concluded that two of my sensors were dead. This confused me because my tires were only being rotated so why would the sensors go bad? I declined being CHARGED to have them replaced and I checked my pressures when I returned to my hotel and found they have been dropped in pressure. I was told that they ONLY rotated them and that the sensors just go bad at 3-5 years, making it my fault. Additionally, the technician forgot to replace one of my valve stem caps which is pretty sloppy. The truck is driven in off-road situations and getting a stick jambed in my valve stem would be fatal. More care should be taken. Fortunately I was aware but since the sensors 'randomly' went bad I would have had no idea that the pressures were dropped which can cause problems when towing and carrying weight. I travel for work and often depend on the Toyota network of dealerships for quality, reliable service. This experience definitely makes me question the worth in going to them. I definitely would not trust Buchannon Toyota for sound advice about my vehicle or for quality work. I feel that you push services on car owners and don't find fault and take responsibility for work that you do but rather pass on the expense to vehicle owners.
