As always friendly & professional. Also had to have them give me a ride home & pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Their mechanic was quick & efficient. Three service department always try to go out of their way whenever they can for their customers.
The service personnel are always friendly and helpful. They get you in quickly and answer any questions. I had questions about my service contract and Summer looked up the service contract and discussed it thoroughly. I have been happy with every service appointment with the same great service.

The lady I dealt with wasn’t very friendly and then I sat in the room while her and the other representative spoke negatively about a previous customer. She didn’t provide any information to me and then when my husband I tried to let her know we would like to do oil services every 5000 miles she kept informing us that they wouldn’t pay for that. We informed her that we understood and would pay out of pocket. Seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. Not great customer service.
Had an oil change last week. The oil cap came off unknowingly and my mechanic here said the threads were worn completely. Sure would have been nice if I were made aware. Gordon Michael Claytor
