I was told I had a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires and when I asked what I needed to do about it, I was told to just watch it and if it started losing air, I could bring it back. I then found out that it is very dangerous to drive on a tire with a nail in the sidewall. And I had to drive out of town for work. I also requested my driver side floor mat be secured to the floorboard because I could not get the little knob that holds it to turn. This was not done even though they documented they checked it. I also did not get a copy of the paperwork that shows where the fluids were checked and tire tread was checked, etc. I was very unhappy with the service I received. That being said, I called Toyota parts to purchase new tires before I left to go out of town and spoke with Don. He was able to talk to Don, the service manager, who called me and arranged for me to rent a car to drive out of town and leave my car and they would order the new tires and get them put on and aligned while I was out of town. BZ, the salesman I bought the Venza from, saw me in the dealership and asked how I was doing. When I explained the situation to him, he made sure that my tire/wheel warranty I had bought was looked into. Even though my tire issue was not covered, at least he took the time to look it up and discuss it with me.

Everyone is so nice and polite. That answer all my questions. The tech guy helped us set up out text messages to show on our car. Everything is great at Coad and we love all the safety of our sequoia.

Troubleshooting ghost are hair pulling times.hade many on aircraft induced voltage,small wire next to large hi current wire, just like a coil. A connection with over.02 ohms will pass voltage but no current.fun

I’ve honestly never had a better oil change experience. I pulled right in, I got to work for about an hour with my laptop in the upstairs lounge (where I managed to have more uninterrupted office time than I have in a week combined) and then got a text with recommendations I could accept without moving from my seat. It’s a little pricer to get a service at Toyota than another oil change shop, but I feel like it’s worth it to go to Coad.
