The only thing I did not like was receiving text with "suggestions" of services I did not need. My car did not have the mileage for them. I found it confusing.

Don’t like getting text that my car is ready THREE and 2:2 hrs after check in. We were home when we got the ready text
There is something wrong with my car, but the only thing they can tell me was they checked the oil the tires air filter and did just basic stuff when I went in with a problem
New tires, balanced and aligned but it still makes noise like thump of tire
