I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment which was unannounced but my wait time was still three hours. The staff was nice and cordial. Just didn’t expect to be there that long for an oil change and tire rotation. In the past, the white time has been longer than expected as well. This is not just one instance, but this time was just a little longer.
He changed my lights off of auto. This happened before and caused me to have a wreck with my mailbox. They need to put things back like they were.
Ashley was very courteous and explained the repairs that were needed to my satisfaction.The maintenance and the tire lights,however, are still on.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting the driver who took me to work.

I was unable to get an oil change because I needed a certain hose that I knew nothing about. I would have thought a Toyota dealership would have everything to work on that type of vehicle. Also I was quoted 2 hr wait and was there over 4hrs. I kept getting told the technician was jyy it st about finished several times but I waited quite a while.
