The young lady at the service dept needs a little training on customer service ! My car was waiting in the pick up area and I asked her is my car ready she ignored me I ask her again she looked on computer but never said anything to me one way or the other . I just thought she doesn’t have a good attitude so I picked a car up on her name on it . Her name is Selena Rosas . My guy that helped me was great .

purchased it. Ashley has always been professional, she meets you with a warm smile and communicates with you throughout the time you are there. Customer service could not be better than when working with Ashley.

Selena was great and corteous and very helpful and sweet. The only thing is when I called I needed a 90 000 mile service done and was told an appointment was open for today but when the list came for approval services to be done after the oil change I approved for the transmission fluid exchange to be done bc that was on my Toyota checklist for 90,000 miles and a certified technician was not available today. If it was due to a call off thats completely understandable. But if a certified tech is not normally on duty on Saturdays, I would have preferred to have come a different day. So I have to make another appointment. Other than that everything was great and I appreciate everyone that was involved in my service today. Thank you!!!!
