The service dept always seems confused, this time they couldn’t find that our extended warranty would cover the ac repair it took them a while to figure it out even though it was approved last week when we brought it in. I had to show them the text where it said no charge. Last week when we brought it in they changed the oil and rotated our new tires that didn’t need it without asking, it was not in the text they sent asking about additional services and when we called to set up appointment we told them we only wanted ac tested. We went ahead and paid because it was not that big of a deal. The time before that then we brought it in for included oil change and tire rotation they didn’t tighten lugs, luckily I checked before my daughter drove it back to College. That one was addressed by service dept then. Everything is done now just wanted to let you know my experiences so far.

I had a 12:00 o’clock appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and my truck was checked in at 12:00. The only service was routine check and tire rotation. I was there 1-1/2 hours. I did not leave until 1:30 pm - not happy.

It did take too long otherwise no problem

During my visit today whoever was working on my car put a big scratch on my steering wheel. I'm not happy about that.
