I’d like to receive coupons for socials on future oil changes and other service. I’m hesitant to pay $120 for an oil change. I have a Nisian and tan oil change special is $45. The regular price is under 60

Mrs. Rosas is very pleasant to deal with. I did not check the fluids before I left the dealership as I should not need to. I was there for my 10,000 mile service and again for the second time the washer fluid was not topped off. I had you replace the in cabin air filter on your recommendation which is a much more difficult check than the washer fluid. I guess I will start doing my own post service checks/QC work in your bay before I leave. I feel this is a petty complaint but it’s supposed to be a thorough check. The fluids are way more important to me than ensuring the floor mats are in place and or the rear cargo area is ok. Just my response to you asking for my answers to your survey. Mrs. Rosa was great but your QC is not so much.
