While driving my car after getting an oil change I heard a rubbing and the under piece you have to undo to change my oil was not clasped back and fell down and rubbed and does not clasp back.

Zachary was extremely courteous and welcoming. I was having a battery problem and got to the dealership later than I had planned on a Saturday. I didn’t want to put anyone out or cause someone to have to stay late. Zachary got my vehicle taken care of and I am thankful. He is an asset to your dealership.

I had been trying for weeks to get an appointment for an issue with my interior. The first time I tried I was told to talk to someone in person. I did, and was told that it should have been done over the phone and they couldn’t handle that that day. Then when I scheduled my next appointment, I told the person on the phone, as instructed. Only to be told that I’d need to book another appointment. I finally get the ”proper” appointment booked, I bring the car in. I wait in the showroom for over two hours with no update, only given one once I ask. After asking I’m told it may be “another hour or so.” After three hours, I’m told I have to reschedule and come back in yet again in the next week. My issue here is the incredible lack of communication. I understand that diagnosing and repairing an issue could take some time. However, what’s unacceptable to me is that it took weeks to get this issue looked at, then to be waiting hours with no idea on what is happening, and have to come back yet again because I can’t wait all day in the showroom as was expected of me.
