I was happy with Paducah Toyota service but not the work contracted out by Phelps Body Shop.
Ms Rosas was very polite and knowledgeable about the services being performed on our Sienna. At checkout, she briefly explained what the mechanics had done to our car and what to expect at the next service appointment. We thought she was very helpful.
Sweet and kind and got the problem they found taken care of so I didn’t have to return and take another day off. I really appreciated that!

We pulled out of the dealership went down the interstate and my hood was not shut. If the safety latch had not worked the hood would have come off. I am not mad Thank God no one was hurt. Just a minor mistake that should be addressed.
