Zachary was excellwnt. However, I am no pleased with having to pay for this drive belt to be replaces as i just had this done a little over a year ago and the decision to install an aftermarket drive belt last time was made by a mechanic at COAD Toyota, not me. And as far as i was Mmade aware, that was the reason why i was having to have this service performed again so soon, as the belt was stretched out because it was not a Toyota part. I also think that the shop should have caught this the last time i brought this car in, not too long ago. Yet we were turned around and told there was no issue and nothing could be done.

Alignment does not seem to have worked. I understand issues with tires are not your responsibility, but I will have those looked into separately. I also appreciate you all in the time your techs took in attempting to get things working with the ABS system on my car. They could have easily tested once and told me that I needed to replace parts, but I know that tried multiple times so I am thankful for that. You all will always get my business in the future when looking for a new Toyota, and when servicing my existing vehicles.

Actually the service was good. Dalen was very up to date for me. What I didn't like was the fact a 10% off repairs coupon, which would have saved me $100.00, appeared on my phone after I returned home from picking up my van. This seems to happen almost every time I have anything done at Coad's. This is not fair to the customer. I did appreciate getting my van repaired sooner than expected.
