When I arrived I was told the service department was running a bit behind. I appreciated the heads up. I brought work with me so I wasn’t inconvenienced at all. I love that there is a gentleman that greets you when you enter and opens the door for you. What a wonderful gesture!! Again, the customer service is top notch! The people at the service desk were very friendly and welcoming as well. I’ve never had a bad experience with Coad!
