I didn’t get my key fob back, so I had to get my secondary fob. I didn’t get any information on what was wrong with my vehicle. Not a big deal but I would like to know what was wrong for future issues.
The technician that greeted me was fantastic and very helpful. Thank you. That ultimately is what matters the most! The Technician got right on my 4Runner and got it back to me running!! That trumps everything.

He was excellent. I had a few questions about some things and he answered them completely. He was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.
My check engine light is now coming on! I ask for 3 things an oil change, a battery for my key fob and a tire rotation. They adv me they couldn’t any other word to My Kia Sorrento other than the oil change, the tire rotation and the key fob. But somehow they took out filters and other things and now my check engine light is coming on and they don’t know how to fix it. I now have to take my vehicle to a Kia dealership to figure out why my check engine light is on which it never came on before. This is frustrating and annoying that I have to call off work for my day just to figure out what’s wrong with my vehicle when I took it to them my check engine light did not come on.. if your customer asked just for oil change and you do not know how to work on their vehicle. Do not take things apart!
