It was quickly and conveniently scheduled to coordinate with another apptmt in Paducah. The service dept is well staffed and very accommodating to provide transportation while waiting, but it didn’t take long at all.

Very pleased with my service every time
I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 1115 and I got there at 11. I stated one of my tires possibly acquired a leak in the last few days and to please double check it. The leak was found but not until after my service was complete and they had to then call and confirm to fix it. At this point it was already 130. Then it was well after 215 before my car was done. I usually don’t complain but my wait time was well over excessive today. I was there so long the girl at the desk didn’t recognize me when she saw me the second time.
