Ashley is very good at listening to customer. She also asks excellent questions to further clarify what the problem is. She calls customer back when she said she would. She is a real asset to the dealership.

It would have been nice if when I bought the car, they would’ve explained to me about the break. I did not know after three years that it could be just turned off and how I had known that I would not have had the problem I had to start with and I wouldn’t have gotten charged over $100 pretty much to be told and shown how to turn it off. But the guy at the front counter was very helpful and he was the one that actually showed me this option so I do appreciate that 100%. It is now turned off.

This is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle for work. They got done the first time & charged tire rotate and balance. My wife never asked for it. Paid it bc I wasn’t there. They tried to add alignment to me. I never asked for it. Quit adding ****! That’s all.
