Disappointed to learn the key they gave me if I had it punch every time our car was serviced I'd have a $40 credit on my first oil change. Only to be told today it expires in 2 years!!!

I was disappointed with a number of things. First it took 2 hours to have my oil changed and tires rotated and I am wondering if everything was actually done. In the past I have been charged for 6 quarts of oil and this time you only used 5. Why only 5? Was the filter not changed therefore it took a quart less? Also in the beginning when I first started having my truck serviced there you used a synthetic oil and now the manifest does not say synthetic. Are you using a cheaper kind now? Also was my tire tread checked. I have always received a red, yellow, green columned quality vehicle inspection report that showed the tire tread and pressure, however, I did not get one today. All I got was a statement (#4) that reads multi pint inspection. What was actually done or were you guys just too busy to do a comprehensive inspection? I was also wondering about the battery warranty. I bought a battery there March 17, 2020. I thought batteries had a longer warranty. When I got there I specifically asked the guy to have the power steering fluid checked and there is no mention on the ticket that it was done. Yes I see it says a multi point inspection was done but does that include checking the power steering fluid. Also there was no double stacked floor mat removed and put in drivers side floor board as it states in #5. And lastly someone zeroed out both of my trip odometers that I use to figure out my gas mileage. Why? I have been a very loyal customer for almost 10 years and I drive 61 miles one way to have you service my truck. I should not have to wonder about things. Roy O
