My coolant was low going into service. I asked that the fluids get topped up because ny coolant was low. I was told “we always too up fluids.” The vehicle report also says that my coolant level is fine, it’s not. I checked after my vehicle was serviced to see if my coolant had been topped off, it wasn’t.
She was very good at her job. She met me at my vehicle and answered all my questions. It was a quick visit for me.
A little bit of a slip-up this time. I was scheduled for the reduced service this time—inspection plus tire rotation. They had estimated 45 min, so at 50 min I discovered that the car was still outside & they hadn’t started yet. The service desk estimated another 30 min, but they actually finished in half that time. I’ve had all my services there & this is the first time that there has been any kind of hiccup, so I would say that’s a pretty good track record.

The service was completed efficiently. Larry kept me informed as to the diagnosed problem,estimated time for completion, and notified me as soon as the car was available for pickup. I have been a dealership customer since 2009 and am very satisfied with Coad.
