I was charged for three separate items totaling well over $200. I was supposed to get tires and alignment but had the add ons done without my approval. I was then not allowed to have vehicle before paying for items I never asked for or approved. Rude kid at desk teaching me responsibility. Ha. Ridiculous place since previous owner passed away.
