My wife was charged $45 to plug a tire we recently purchased from Coad that was under warranty. I called and asked if tire was covered under that warranty. I was told it was. Not happy.
Was not provided a loaner vehicle for the time truck was down. Communication was not the greatest.
Everyone at the front desk was professional and very nice. I just wish it hadn't taken 2-1/2 hours to install new tires but I definitely wanted them to be installed properly so it's all good!
No comments tonight, I am still very unhappy with the experience.

My brakes are shimmying when applied and I told the guy this and he blew me off and said if it kept happening I’d need to make ANOTHER appointment to be seen by an advanced technician. My car was there, I reported a problem and it should have been addressed while I was there. I should not have to take additional time off and schedule another appointment. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Everyone I had interaction with were like neighbors. I felt welcome, was explained all that was done & expected.
