When I went to pick up my vehicle the rear drivers side tire was flat. The front passengers side tire was low. These are brand new very expensive tires that were in perfect condition when I dropped my vehicle off for service this morning. This is not the first time this has occurred at COAD Toyota of Paducah, KY. This time I left my vehicle there for them to assess in the morning. If there is any damage to my wheels or tires, COAD toyota of Paducah will replace at their expense. This will be the last time I allow my vehicle to be serviced by this location unless they make it perfect at their expense. I am going to be without my truck for the entire weekend (which I was planning to use it to haul my boat to take my mother on a ride for Mother’s Day). My multi-point inspection states a perfect report and correct tire pressure in all 4 tires and this is false information stated on this report. I expect full compensation on Toyotas behalf.

The only thing I would suggest is the service reps should introduce themselves. The perfect time to do so would be after they ask for the customers name. My appointment there today was great.

After having our van towed Monday evening to Coad Toyota after hours. When I called Tuesday morning I described the issue the issue, the very polite woman explained they had a busy schedule but they would strive to get it diagnosed and would call to discuss what the cost would be to which I responded "No problem. It will be what it will be and I trust you to do what is necessary." The next call I received at 5 pm said my van was fixed and could be picked up. I was completely satisfied.

Wrong quote was given for repair. They told me it was a two hour job when it was a four hour time frame. The work that was needed apparently didn’t need doing at all.
