The service desk was amazing they even got me in a day early for an oil change and routine maintenance. When I picked the car up service desk again was awesome. We went to eat and when I got out the car I noticed grease on my glove box, passenger door, passenger seat, driver seat and driver door. My car is still new I just bought it in January. This was my 1st service with Coad. And I’m sad that my car wasn’t treated like I just paid 36 grand for it.
Ashley does a great job keeping us informed through the process. I appreciate her hardwork.
