Spent 110.00 for diagnosing and still don’t know what is wrong. Came out and told us one thing and we asked to speak to mechanic. When he came back it was another story and it doesn’t match what is on our paper. You seem to be real worried about our mats and wasted our time checking that. Our carpet mats are in the garage not under the weather tech. I spelled my name 3 times when I made the appointment and it was still wrong. We were never allowed to speak to the mechanic.
Not pleased at all.
Very efficient when we got there and got shuttle for us within minutes for us so we could go have lunch ! Shuttle driver came back after we ate . Got back and had a seat and she notified us our vehicle was ready. She was very polite and professional ! Good experience ! Appreciate the professionalism !! Hard to find these days !
Ashley has been awesome every time I am there. I always know when I see her behind the counter we are in good hands.
I was very impressed that Dalen remembered who I was from a previous visit. He also remembered what the issue was at that time. He truly made the today’s visit seem personalized.
