Ashleigh was amazing. I talked to her about programming a key fob. She set an appointment for the next day.. but I was in Paducah running errands and asked if there was any way she could squeeze me in the same day? I was surprised when she made it happen 30 minutes after my initial call . I was in and out in less than an hour and extremely satisfied with everyone in the service department.I will be a customer and refer by one needing service on any Toyota to Coad!
I love how the service representative and technicians gave in great detail what the problems were with my vehicle.
The service department turned my headlights from auto to off so I drove an hour with my headlights off in dusk near dark. They should leave settings the way they found them after they do the checks.
Dalen was not helpful in finding our insurance policy that covered the labor and part replacement.
Ashley, on the other hand, was a GREAT help and I will deal with her on my next visit.

So far good service but the price need be conformed better cause I was told one price on phone an in store a different I don’t like be told one thing an then other
Ashley is wonderful !!!! She always greets me with a smile and is very polite!! Very informative in explaining what the car needs.
