Good fast service. I complained about a wheel making grinding sounds when I turn left. Tech investigated and found a loose splash guard. N needed screw and bolt. Put in new bolt and screw. Fixed it.
The Coad team is always very thorough and courageous. Was a great experience.

Representative was rude with my granddaughter (car owner) upon checking in. This seems to continually occur.
Did not get blinkers fixed and that was the main reason for appointment that had to be made during the week not the weekend because there were not enough service technicians available. The reason I got for the truck not being repaired was they were short handed on technicians, and this has not been the first time I’ve heard this from this dealership and it’s the only Toyota dealer for 60 miles, I suggest y’all hire some more service technicians because y’all stay short handed.
Great service and wonderfully timely.
Had car in 3 times over summer for check engine light. Paid 150.00 for diagnostic fee, could not ever find what was causing light to come on. Was told if light came back on to bring back and would not be charged another fee. When brought car back today was told been too long and would be charged another 150.00 to look at check engine light. I declined. Very poor service and just out to charge another fee.
