The physical service and Zach were great! However, there was a woman in service reception, who I feel was very rude .
The service was fine but when I asked about how long my new battery would last I was not given any information on its warranty snd Dylabn said he didn’t know but maybe 3 to 4 years. The place was not super busy and no one bothered to ask the service department or anyone that could possibly look it up. This is the second time answers have not been fully provided when I had maintenance performed. I will be taking my question to Toyota Corp. customer service.
Don’t bother contacting me. I have had it there 3 times for the same issue and they still are unable to answer my question. Someone from corporate may contact me and we will discuss the issue.
Price for service is too high. That is the most expensive service I've found so far and will be shopping for alternative providers.
Your tec said my problem was the started , it still does the same thing and the other technician figured it was something to do with a little gear at the cam shaft so you put on a reman starter and took my original one off and charged me nearly $600. for nothing and I’m not very happy, I feel like I got ripped off , I’ve done to much business with this company and my daughter works for Toyota so I hope someone makes this right

It was not COAD's fault, not really, that I was not satisfied, because some of the things that were wrong were beyond their ability to fix. What they were supposed to do, they did well .
