My only complaint is the inside of my car smelled like gasoline. As well as some dirty spots on the driverside back door. I know the floors of my car were not spotless but the doors did not have hand prints or dirt on them.
Unknown date for head unit. No radio,navigation,etc for God knows how long. No offer fir reduction of next service,nothing ti help with this massive inconvenience

Most every visit is fairly fast easy in and out, i understand people get busy, but my wife waited 2 and half hours for a simple tire rotation, i feel like that is a bit excessive!!
