Great service done in a timely manner
Dalen greeted me as soon as I pulled my car in with a smile. He went out of his way to make sure my Rav 4 was taken care of concerning the maintenance that had to be done at 30,000 miles.
He explained a few things to me to clarify the difference of something stated on my car report.
I appreciate the prompt service. I arrived 30 minutes early and my car was taken in immediately for maintenance service, getting me back on the road in ample time so I could go to the Grandkids T-ball game 30 miles away.

I really feel mislead. When I called I told the lady that answered the phone that I needed a door lock actuator on my driver’s door. It has happened on all 5 doors on my vehicle in the past. I was told they would not order the part without checking my car first to make sure that was the part needed. Today when I checked in, I was asked to sign in for my appointment, I was not told that the extra diagnostic testing would cost me $155. And after over an hour and a half waiting, I need a driver’s door lock actuator. That will cost over $700 to fix. I’m really disappointed in my appointment today. I’ve always had great service at our local Toyota service dept. but I really feel like that situation could have been handled better. I might start making the trip to Nashville to the Lexus dealership in the future.
