We have always been happy with the service at Coad. My only issue is the price of an oil change. My husband has a huge Ford 150 4x4 and doesn't pay anywhere near that for synthetic oil. Selena was as sweet and professional as she could be. So far, the staff has been great. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I had an $85.00 coupon for an oil and filter change, tires rotated, and new wipers. Those are the services I had complained. Regular price on this items without the new wipers online showed to be $112.00. The price at checkout was $117.00. He asked for payment without discussing the bill. I asked to see it. Still don’t understand why I was charged that. Then on the way home I get a text with other recommended services. Normally these are discussed when you are there and you have the option to have those services done. Basically this young man was nice but didn’t do anything as far as customer service other than checking in and taking payment. I would have had additional work done while I was there. That discount I got mailed to me wasn’t much of a discount.
