The mats on the back of the rear seats still rolls up and will not lay flat.
I made an appointment because of an oil pan leak which was previously done by this dealership it was still covered by 1 year warranty. I was under the assumption that it would be fixed that day. I left vehicle with them. I called at 2:30 to see if it was done. They said no I would have to bring it back it was too late in the day to do. My appointment was at 10:15 I even got there early 10:00. I didn’t get a call or text telling me they were not doing it. I am not happy having that there was no communication.

Two things were done on the Camry, tires rotated and balanced, and engine air filter was changed.
According to my receipt, you couldn’t plug the tire for some reason. It was my understanding that a nail had penetrated a tread which in 99% of cases, pluggable. I’m having another tire shop look at it today.
There was also a $17.70 Environmental Disposal Fee on the receipt. The only thing that could have been for was throwing away the air filter. This is unbelievable! Standard trash, not Hazardous Waste, not Universal Waste, and not Special Waste. Just plain old trash. In my job, I deal with some fairly large equipment. When we rebuild it, there is waste grease, oil, and metal shavings/filings. This type of waste, especially the quatities we have typically do have an “Environmental Disposal Fee”. But a small paper filter!?!?
Anyway, that was the straw that broke the camels back. My wife finally agreed with me that we need to take our business elsewhere. After two dealings I had with you, I wanted to go somewhere else, but, she decided to stick with you for some reason. Well, not any longer, when I pointed out the disposal fee, and the only thing it could have been for, she finally agreed with me. She said she coulda brought the filter home and threw it in our household trash.
So, as I finally let her realize on her own, she agrees with me. Coad Toyota believes “Sales before Service”. As far as I can tell, you don’t care about your customers. Only your bottom line.

I have had you maintain my last two vehicles, and I have been very satisfied. We had a small bump yesterday, but I brought car back, and the people who helped me were great. A part under the hood had not been secured so it was making a lot of noise. All was fixed.
My husband and I have purchased our grandson a Four Runner (spring 2022)and my husband a Tacoma (June this year), so we obviously are pleased with service and personnel who have helped.
The people and service was great..the price tag was brutal
