Please send more coupons-offer discounts for different services-also please consider lowering the oil change prices for loyal customers—it is way too expensive.
I believe the alignment is still off on my vehicle and plan to bring it back for a review/fix.

I took my car in at 2:00 and it was almost 5:30 before they were done with it. That’s entirely too long.
Looks like the oil change was done ok, when they raised the car up, they bent the the piece of metal that owners use to raise the car with the the screw jack that comes with the car.this time they smashed the driver side front drivers side

Excellent customer service
They never called and said they had my part. I called after waiting three weeks and was on hold for a while. The girl didn’t say anything about a part, but that I needed the oil pan resealed and asked when k wanted it bring it back. I had not driven the car for three weeks because I was waiting. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked how long it would take and all she said was “I don’t know how long it takes”…not an I’ll find out or anything. I also responded to the text asking how long and got no response. I say for over two hours yesterday and didn’t receive an update. My kids were getting restless and started their arguing. If I knew how long it was going to take, I would have arranged a ride to go somewhere. Customer service is lacking!
We usually have the same service rep each time, but this time we had Ashley. I guess she was assigned because we scheduled the oil change online, but I would rather have the service rep that we normally have.
I had questions but I quickly got the sense that she was bothered or annoyed, as if I shouldn’t have questions or that she didn’t have time. I did not feel as though she was listening to me as much as she was trying to get the conversation over.
From now on, I will call or show up in person so that we can have our usual service rep. He is always very friendly and helpful, and he has never made me feel like my questions were unwelcome.

You guys get highest honors. The staff was very polite and seemed happy to be there. The crew that worked on my vehicle was super fast. The shuttle transport was awesome and I wanted to say thanks for providing that service. The drive was very friendly and professional. All in all, it truly was the best service experience I’ve ever had…not a single complaint.
