Service was prompt and Very friendly staff
My vehicle sat and I waited around for 3 hrs before it was worked on. Worst service I’ve ever had. Why make an appt if you’re going to wait 3 hrs to do anything. I can assure you I will not be returning for future service. I work for a marketing company and will be sure to pass along the horrible service I received.
They are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of your vehicle is taken care of with no issues and in a timely manner looking forward to working with them for years to come

Car was ready in one hour. I had popcorn.
Checking the vehicle was great but the quality of telephone response was lousy. I left several messages and had s no response for well over an hour. They text me at12:06 and I didn't get to pick up the car until almost the communication at this place is really in need of repair.

It took 3 hours for an oil change and battery replacement. It feels like an excessive amount of time for two pretty simple and routine items. I don’t want to spend 25% of my weekend waiting at the dealership. I plan to find a new place to have my vehicle maintained.
Had my brake fluid changed. Driving home someone pulled out that didn’t see me and the car stopped within inches of hitting them. Your work saved my car (and me)
Your team had me in and out in 45 minutes. I appreciate the video synopsis of the service by the tech. The amusing thing was receiving a message that Toyota was paying the dealership 40-something dollars for the service. ???? now I get why dealerships do the add-on/value added services. Gotta pay for the facility, eh?

She could have promptly taken care of me so I could have left and gone home to Salem. The air filter was installed and the technician dropped a paper with the keys on her desk. Yet took her a while to get to me. Otherwise things went well.
