My service rep was good, a nice touch would be a quick window cleaning and wash. Audi Beaverton provides that at no additional cost, it’s always nice getting your car back cleaner than it was. Just an old school service piece missing in today’s fast paced world, you guys said an hour and we’re done in 45 which was a nice surprise but for an hour getting a clear car back in the PNW is the best.

All that was done was they put used plugs in the car and it sat parked as I waited an extra hour and was charged for nothing except the diagnostics. The problem I spoke of was never addressed.I wanted new O-2 sensors and they were only looked at and told me one was white from the heat. I mainly wish I had been given the spiel long before I did.

Tommy kept me updated on the progress of my 23 Tundra. Kept me informed about the tires needing to be replaced and said they were tackling the air noise on the drivers window. They were putting felt behind the window seal. When it was completed I took it for a drive and found that the felt behind the window seal had gotten worse. I went back and told Tommy about it he went and talked to Axel about ordering a new replacement window seal and Axel said to get it ordered so, when I come back in for tires they can replace the window seal too, Excellent customer service as always.
