I’ve known Max for a long time, and it’s always a pleasure to be assisted by his team. He’s very precise, attentive, kind, and always willing to do his best for the customers. This is the strength of Toyota—having a team that takes great care of both vehicle maintenance and its clients.
Took care of everything, kept me informed, all the work was done on a timely manner. Check out was easy, only thing that would be better is if the drive to the dealership was faster. Only thing I noticed was the new tire that was replace was filled with more air then the other original tires

Please do not contact me with this type of questionnaire. Isaac was friendly, helpful, and explained many things well. Your shuttle drivers were great. However, your automated processes left a lot to be desired, and I left with several questions in my mind unanswered. For example, why are the text notes about conditions to watch and possibly needing attention not also included in the printed service record I was given?
