I informed them I was not interested in their multi point inspection, I maintain a more aggressive schedule. They were nice enough to listen to me and not try and make “my vehicle record at the dealer ship” match the recommended vehicle maintenance schedule. Obviously if while they were under the vehicle and saw a problem, I would want to address it. Great job!

The only note is that the time expected for the recall appointment was much longer than stated and I was not given a timely update as was told I would. The customer service reps I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and friendly and tried to resolve the issue for me.

Confused about having a multipoint inspection done on my car when I was there solely for a safety recall. Inspection showed tire tread wear at 5/32” all around but I felt the purpose was to sell me tires. Isaiah is a keeper.

By doing the diagnostic test and talking to the service man who told me that they were confident that the nylon Washer wouldn’t restrict the fuel lines or plug things up in the tank. To know 100 percent of the situation, the gas tank would have to be removed for further inspection. So, I rely on their good judgement of the situation. Larry E
