I drive 30 miles from Beaverton to come to Damian Lillard TOYOTA. Nick is always extremely kind while providing me with excellent customer service. Many employees also take the time to say hello to the customers in the waiting area. The fresh popcorn upon request , cold brew, and the donuts are the icing on the cake.
Isaiah is outgoing and friendly. He also provides great customer service.
Isaiah was professional and courteous and was right there to greet me when I pulled into the service area. I was assured that the recall fix was done when I picked up my vehicle. My husband and I were a little concerned that we don’t recall receiving any correspondence from Toyota regarding the recall on our VENZA like we did with a recall on the airbags on our Toyota RAV.

So glad I chose to come to this specific location! Travelled from Silverton so a couple of other Toyota dealers were closer, but I will always be coming back to this place! Ryan was very helpful and informative when getting my car serviced.

Telephone system was below normal. No human contact and request for a call back didn’t occur until closing time
I was concerned that ICE had made a visit and that staffing was an issue.
I drove to the service department and received prompt attention and service for 2 Toyotas
Your staff was polite and attentive. Your phone system needs human interaction. It should be a priority to receive calls which lead to income ($)
Two hours to just do an oil change when I had an appointment is too long.
On the print out there was a recommendation over $1100 to replace a part - I asked the counter man to show me —
The Air filter cover small bolts were broken off
I was told it came that way
That they didn’t break it
Y’all are the only people I have ever let work on the car
Other than tires
It also seems like sort of important since it could rattle off and cause major problems — yet just a future recommendation, not something talked about in the phone or counter conversation as anything in particular to be aware of.
So I zip tied it down and will be fine maybe
I have enjoyed the donuts and people have been generally pleasant and helpful.
But I would guess as some point someone with a Toyota name on their shirt broke it and didn’t want to point it out to anyone. Just a guess.
Yes was put on the recommendations list but just doesn’t sit well with me —little boot was broken off. Someone would be aware of that happening.
Anyway. Probably enough said. Can’t prove anything and wouldn’t change anything if I could — it would still be held with a zip tie as it’s not worth a $1000 piece to just get it held down.
