The service was very good, but I expected the technicians to be able to tell me why my tire pressure sensor was on...and to reset or clear the warning light. Neither of those things happened.
Fast, efficient and friendly. I felt I could completely trust the team with my car.

One thing I didn't like: when I called to schedule the 30,000 service, I was asked if I wanted to do the brake cleaning for $185. I told them no. Then at the end of getting this oil change, John came to me and said Toyota was giving this one time special for $55.00 if I wanted to do the brake service today. I told him no because I never scheduled time for this last minute. When I originally called to make the appointment, I was told if I change my mind about wanting to include the brake cleaning I would need to call & schedule for more time. I don't appreciate those kind of sales tactics. I have been coming faithfully to McMinnville Toyota for 23 years for all of my servicing on this 4 Runner & the previous one, both of which I purchased there. I never encountered "sales tactics" ever. I usually dealt with Mike McNulty who is top notch in dealing with people. I greatly miss dealing with him directly anymore.

It was the best service I've ever had. Austen made me feel like I'd been part of the toyota family for over a year. The techs and parts department made the process perfect. They had parts on demand. Even axel and Colin service managers went out of their way to insure every minute of me being there was satisfied. Giving me coffee and doughnuts. And o man Colin's smile with a wink will blow you away. Talk about service with a smile. I will never take my car to another dealership. Hands down best ever. Shout out to everyone involved in a great and timely trip to the best toyota every. Thanks again everyone!
