I have the platinum package that I bought when I got my car. The person was very nice but didn’t look at my history about my purchases. I was told when I purchased my 2020 Corolla that my oil changes were free for 7 years by the finance guy. I only by my cars from this location. I had to tell him that what he told me was false then explained that I was told I had 7 years for that and he says 5 years. I am now looking at a new car again, not sure I want to use this location because the finance guy said 7 and the person I was dealing with was wrong. Maybe he needs more training so he knows what the customer has on file!

John did a great job for my servicing. I was concerned about the brakes and he assured me the mechanics check all parts of the car and engine. The report I received confirmed the breaks were in good condition which was a big relief!

The service writers are friendly and professional. The services performed are always above par. They communicate well with their clients about any issues they see and recommend services with honestly and are not pushy. My experience there has been to notch and I always recommend the staff at my local Mcminnville Toyota dealer to any Toyota owner or non Toyota customer like myself.
I showed the first rep my previous bill of $25. I provide my own oil and filter. He told me that prices have gone up, which I understand. He asked me about the cabin and engine filters. I change them myself since McMinnville Toyota and had previously lost the clip off the engine air cleaner.
I was in the middle of a trip when I had a problem with this vehicle. Isaiah was very helpful in getting me back on the road is as little time as possible!

As I mentioned to John, I called three times before I was able to get a service appointment— when I first called, the prompt asked me to leave my phone number, which I did, and that I would receive a call later in the day— I never got a call back— when I finally got thru to John, he was very helpful and professional— the service performed was excellent and timely— thought you’d like to know— I’ll return when my next service is due

If the 15 point check results in the owners phone disconnecting from the car…reconnect it for them . Also I had a two hour wait for a tire rotation with an appointment. Much too long for the job. I’ll continue to use your service but hopefully these comments will result in a better outcome.
