We had an unusual noise that concerned Linda. She brought our Venza to the dealership to determine the cause of the noise. Your staff found nothing of concern. Our conclusion is that a tire threw up something from the road.

I also felt Thomas provided best information regarding maintenance work, procedures and choices without oversimplified answers that insult me. Best of all, if uncertain, he asked his manager for clarification. Very positive experience.
